Taking Shape: A Home Renovation in Uppingham

Progress continues at our latest home renovation in Uppingham, with several important stages now taking shape on site.

First fix plumbing has now been completed in the master bathroom and two of the en-suites; a significant stage in the process, laying the groundwork for the layers of detail and craftsmanship to follow. While much of this work sits behind the walls, it’s an essential part of creating spaces that feel considered and function effortlessly in everyday life.

A key moment this week was the arrival of the William Holland copper and nickel bath for the master suite. Beautifully made and carefully chosen, it will become a central feature within the room, bringing depth, warmth and character to the overall scheme. Pieces like this have a quiet presence, adding to the space without overwhelming it.

The team has also begun boarding the walls in the master bathroom, helping to define the room more clearly and giving a stronger sense of the proportions and layout. It’s always at this point in a home renovation in Uppingham that the design begins to feel more tangible, as the transition from structural works to finished interiors moves one step closer.

We look forward to sharing more from this home renovation in Uppingham as the project continues to progress over the coming weeks.
