The existing raised patio is being extended to create a more generous outdoor seating and dining area, designed to make the most of the light throughout the day. Internally, the central snug room will open directly onto the terrace through a set of Crittall-style doors, helping to draw natural light deeper into the home while creating a relaxed space for entertaining and everyday family life.
Upstairs, two existing rooms are being reconfigured to form a full master suite, bringing a greater sense of balance and practicality to the first floor.
