This Rutland project was a real pleasure to be part of from the outset. Following a substantial renovation and reworking of the property, we worked closely with our clients to shape the interiors into something that felt both cohesive and truly personal to them. Watching it all come together was incredibly rewarding, as each layer brought more warmth and meaning to the home.
From the beginning, our focus was on creating a space that feels lived in and loved — one that reflects our clients’ lifestyle, influences, and the way they move through their day. We carefully considered how each area would be used, ensuring the layout flowed naturally while allowing for those quieter, more detailed moments that make a house feel like home.
At the heart of the project is a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. Designed with connection in mind, it’s a space that naturally draws people together. Cooking plays such an important role in family life here, so it was essential that the space felt sociable and easy to use, allowing everyone to be part of it. The result is a home that feels welcoming, relaxed, and effortlessly connected — exactly as it should.
