There’s something especially satisfying about this stage of a project — when the design has come to life, but the final reveal is still just around the corner.
At our Oakham project, the kitchen and wine rack — beautifully designed and made by the talented team at Harborough Kitchens — have now been installed and are currently under wraps (literally) while the rest of the home continues to take shape. It’s been a delight collaborating with Becky from Harborough Kitchens, who has brought our shared vision to life with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every cabinet and surface is currently carefully protected to keep everything pristine while other trades finish their work.
The worktops have been templated and are next to be installed, which will mark another exciting milestone in bringing this space together. This phase is all about patience and precision — making sure every detail, from joinery to lighting, comes together seamlessly before the grand reveal.
We can’t wait to share the finished result once the final touches are complete. For now, everything stays under wraps — but trust us, it’ll be worth the wait.
